No — and on purpose. We focus on giving paying customers great software and great support, instead of stretching ourselves thin on free accounts. The 14-day trial gives you full access to decide.
Pick a plan to continue. If you don't, your account goes read-only for 30 days — your data stays safe and you can pick up where you left off.
Nothing breaks. You'll see an upgrade banner with a 7-day grace window. Bump up when you're ready.
A flat 1% DojoOS platform fee on member payments — that's it. Your members pay you directly through your own Stripe account, you pay standard Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢), and we add 1% on top to keep DojoOS sustainable. No hidden markups, no per-feature surcharges, no surprises.
Yours. We use Stripe Connect Standard, which means you create your own Stripe account during setup (5-minute hosted onboarding). Funds go from your member's card straight to your bank — they never touch ours. You get the full Stripe dashboard, you own the customer relationship, and you handle your own 1099-Ks like a real business should.
You take them with you. Your members, their saved cards, and your processor all live in your Stripe account, not ours. If you ever switch platforms (years from now), you keep your customer file and your billing intact. We're the first platform in this space that doesn't hold your customers hostage.
No. Each dojo runs on its own independent Stripe account, so we have no ability to freeze your funds or your members. Compare to platform-as-merchant tools (Spark, Mindbody): one bad actor or one platform-wide compliance flag can take everyone offline at once. Not possible here by design.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans don't auto-refund, but you keep access until the term ends.
